Molly Hames

Biography

Molly graduated from the University of Minnesota where she obtained her bachelor’s and master’s in education. After teaching at the elementary level, Molly decided to pursue a new career path and completed an ABA Paralegal Certificate program through Inver Hills Community College. Molly joined Carson, Clelland & Schreder in 2024 as a paralegal in our family law area. She works primarily as paralegal to Ellen Schreder and provides support to associate attorneys Alina Stevenson and Calen King, managing files, drafting documents, and working hands on with our clients. Molly is passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges of family law with understanding and compassion. In addition, Molly is also responsible for many of the accounting and day-to-day office needs.

In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, traveling, baking, and attending sporting events.
