Becky Gaffer

Biography

Becky Gaffer obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, majoring in Political Science and Legal Studies, with a certificate (minor) in Criminal Justice. While at UW, Becky obtained an internship with the Wisconsin Department of Justice in their Criminal Litigation Unit and was President of the Legal Studies Association on campus. She later worked as a paralegal at Van Wagner and Wood (later Tracey Wood & Associates), a criminal defense firm in Madison, before returning home to the Twin Cities to join CC&S Law.

Becky has been with the firm for over ten years and primarily works in our criminal and civil practices. She serves as the Victim/Witness Coordinator for the firm’s prosecution clients and provides support to our team of prosecutors.

In her free time, Becky enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
