Biography

Jaime attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where she graduated in 2021 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Right after graduation, Jaime enrolled in the Criminal Justice Program at Rasmussen University and graduated with honors and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. While still attending Rasmussen University, Jaime was hired by CC&S Law.

Jaime started her career as a family law paralegal, supporting attorneys Ellen Schreder and Alina Stevenson in matters involving divorce, protective orders, child custody and child support. Jaime then transitioned to the criminal division of the firm in 2024.

As a criminal law paralegal, Jaime reviews and organizes discovery, drafts legal documents, prepares exhibits for trial, and works closely with defendants, attorneys, police departments, and other court personnel.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys attending St. Paul Saint’s/Twins games, and volunteers with non-profits such as Back Bay Mission, Feed My Starving Children, and Mango Farm – Haiti.
